IntelliScan is unique: From intelligent document recognition to automatic categorisation — our system does the work for you, allowing you to focus on what’s important.

 

What can IntelliScan do?

1. Intelligent Document Processing: Whether it’s invoices, receipts, or other tax-relevant documents, IntelliScan analyses your documents and automatically identifies the relevant information, then imports it into the appropriate sections of your tax return.
The best part? You can even start a new tax return by simply uploading documents. IntelliScan takes care of the rest.
2. Maximum Time Savings: After processing, you only need to verify and confirm the accuracy of the data transferred. Your tax return is completed in record time – quicker, easier, and more stress-free than ever before.

Where can I find the new feature?

IntelliScan is available in all central areas of our application:

In the Overview: You’ll find IntelliScan right after logging in. On the IntelliScan page, you’ll see all uploaded files, automatically grouped by tax return. Unassigned files are displayed separately.
In the Tax Return: In the „My Tax Return“ section, you can upload documents with IntelliScan and view already inserted documents.
On the Entry Pages: You can also upload documents directly in various sections of your tax return and have data inserted (e.g., insurance, medical bills, etc.).

How do I upload files?

After agreeing to the privacy policy, IntelliScan offers several ways to upload images and documents. The upload box provides maximum flexibility:

Via smartphone camera or app: Simply photograph your documents (coming soon).
Email upload: Send your documents directly from your mailbox to your user account.
Desktop upload: Drag and drop files and folders into the upload window or upload them manually.

After uploading, the documents are ready for further processing.

How can I assign and edit files?

You can assign uploaded but unassigned documents on the IntelliScan page:

1. Open the section with unassigned files, select one or more files, and click „Select“.
2. Next, you can choose the tax year or an existing declaration—or start a completely new tax return.
3. To import the data, click „Import into tax return“.

Additionally, we offer a practical detailed view: Here you can see the uploaded documents in detail, edit automatically extracted data, and save changes.
